Project Engineer in Irvine:
Pros: It's easy given my skills. They don't really want you to work hard.
Cons: Mangers cut your wings when you try to go one step further. They only want people to stick to they job and only their job. That kills excellence because you get the same review either if you work until 8am-5pm or 8am-9pm....
