Pros: I'm constantly working on different projects, I like the people I work with, vacation time is easy to schedule.
Cons: Working with subcontractors can be challenging, sometimes the job can be boring.

Managing Every Aspect of A Project.
Project Engineer:
Pros: -Mostly unsupervised, allowed to work flexible hours.
-Get to manage people, projects, etc.
-Easy to move up quick if you work hard.
-Lots of opportunities to learn.
-Never a day that is the same.
-Choice of indoor or outdoor work every day.
Cons: -Long working hours.
-Lots of responsibility and blame.
-Your decisions need to be made in a timely matter, doesn't depend on your life, depends on how the project is going.
-Working out of a site trailer makes it hard to concentrate.

OK company to Start with, but not to grow.
Project Engineer:
Pros: Flexible hours, decent 401K with company match, 50% tuition reimbursement, Paid vacation and holidays.
Cons: Salary is not commensurate with position title or work experience. Minimal if any actual engineering performed but rather lots of administrative duties and activities. To get paid market value, you have to eventually leave the company and come back later or try and move to another section.

Pros: Good Personal policies, No headache of workload.
Cons: Some people in managerial level are need to be qualified with minimum MBA Degree.
