Pros: Small town feel makes me feel like it isn’t too overwhelming when going out or just going to the store. It’s affordable here
Cons: Kind of in the middle of nowhere in comparison to being an hour from baltimore and DC. Solid hour to airports as well

Does not engage in recognizing talent to promote within. Many talented people has left for these reasons. Should only be treated as a stepping stone to grow your career elsewhere.
