Cons: I get along with everyone I like to believe i'm a positive person opposed to negative. Peers can be difficult at times.

Pros: I am able to prevent harm to others and to safeguard the safety of patients, visitors and employees alike.
Cons: Looking over my shoulder to see if my leader is looking for something to discredit my work in order to remove those with experience by issuing disciplinary action to anyone who could compete for positions with new hires that know nothing.

Cons: Career ladder progression in this field is severely limited. 80% of pay progression will result in accepting positions within Novant Health, but outside of public safety.
