Cons: It gets hot and cold during the seasons, can be stressful, tons of work.

Cons: I work with people that don't know the industry. The same people do a ton of personal stuff on company time. The owner doesn't hold people accountable for their actions.

Pros: Every day we have different parts to check (variance). Working with people. Knowing that I contribute to the quality of the products. I enjoy moving all night from press to press checking parts. Also I enjoy doing the 1st piece for production be able to run the products.
Cons: Arguments with boss went products fail. The pay is too low.
