Cons: Always running up and down in the office.

Cons: Sales part is bad, not making placement and getting difficult job specifications.

Cons: The pay. I feel the amount of responsibilities and the pay I receive to not line up. I was supposed to receive a raise but have not due to COVID. I am now receiving a pay decrease and making less than when I first started two years ago.
