Pros: I have full autonomy working from home, I have the flexibility I need to keep my kids out of before/after school care and save so much time not commuting.

Training provided was thorough for the position, pay is on scale with other jobs of same position, hourly position, hours are flexible, mostly Monday through Friday however after the probationary period they offer alternative work schedules depending on the needs of the company. Managers are supportive and helpful and appear to want you to succeed in the job.
