Cons: Advancement is base on favoritism and not best qualified. Least educated white seem to qualify. Educated none white qualified are never given any opportunity for advancement.

Cons: In a world that is moving towards Quality and not Quantity in healthcare, this company is moving in the opposite direction as fast as possible. Patient care has gone by the wayside and those of us who truly care about the patients are made to feel incompetent and told to "stop caring so much"

Over stressed and under valued.

Cons: The amount of stress and unsafe situations compared to the lack of pay for the ones actually doing the labor is ridiculous. 22% of total wage pay outs go to the top 20 employees (ceo, board members, etc.) and nurses are being paid so far below the area average it’s insulting
