Pros: Being able to have set hours/days. Working on the unit I work on.
Cons: Not able to work on the unit I was hired for due to covid-19

Pros: The shifts I work are set shifts. I know that I'll be working my floor and not getting pulled to a different floor to work. Now that my unit has reopened.
Cons: Not knowing where I'm going to work shift to shift before my unit opened back up.

It was difficult to get the orientation that I needed due to Covid. I'm really enjoying the floors that I work on. Hard to get to know the managers due to working nights. Now that the unit that I was hired for is up and working I'm enjoying working n my unit again.

Cons: I am the only nurse in this clinic and have multiple job duties but do not get paid for all duties.
