Low stress and even LOWer pay, benefits.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Fort Wayne:
Pros: Co-workers, Patients and immediate Manager. Vision insurance is AWESOME. No micromanaging. Excellent teamwork.
Cons: Pay, terrible and expensive medical/dental insurance. Company doesn't contribute to 401k. PTO accrues extremely slowly even though full time employee. NO vacation pay, must use PTO for vacation pay.
