Good advancements and training. Can learn new skills. Great education benefits as well. Love the rolling RQI to maintain BLS and ACLS competencies. Self scheduling was a big plus. Got cancelled when census was low.

Cons: Bedside nursing will be stressful no matter which organization you work for. But there is too much focus on budgeting, finances, and HCAHP scores.
