Registered Nurse (RN) in Somerville:
Pros: The immediate staff is a pleasure to work for. Although the work is grueling, we work well as a team. The patients are everything and assisting in their health is the main priority.
Cons: High nurse to patient ratio. Management does not care about the requirements of the staff, and does not recognize the need for more staff members. They claim patients are their priorities however they place priority in saving penny's over patient care in real life. They look for only the bad and done pride the good in employee performance. They micromanage minut tasks over what truely needs recognition.
