Pros: I'm kept busy every moment of the day and I help save lives. I get a flexible schedule.
Cons: I'm kept so busy, I'm exhausted at times. I wished I got higher pay. It's stressful here.

Cons: SOME MANAGERS ARE UNPROFFESIONAL.

Pros: The people I work with is the reason I like my job.
Cons: Johns Hopkins Bayview is treated differently than the main campus and we feel like an outcast getting paid less than the nurses at the other Hospital.
