Pros: I enjoy the fast pace environment. Everyday I know there will be a different challenge that I have to overcome and I love that about my job.
Cons: When you work one on one with a different group of customers everyday you come in contact with some that are not so nice. Ones that whatever you do to try to rectify the situation it does not matter they are unhappy!!

Pros: The involvement with other people and the passion I have for shoes and being able too help out others pick the pairs they need and that suites them the best. Motivating to know you can work your way up in the company.
Cons: Low pay for the work load we're expected to do and handle.

Pros: I like working their if I got paid and my numbers worked to open and close they have me closing when my own numbers to log in won't work I have to use one of theirs.
Cons: The pay and how long it takes for the hire ups to even say anything.
