"You Have To Be Present To Win!"
If you are not there then you do not get paid and the more you put into it the more you get out. Long hours but not hard labor work and can be stressful at times as there are uphill and downhill battles. Income is good but very often, it comes in waves and have to prepare for an off month every now and then especially in the winter months.

Pros: Strives for good customer service. Pushes employees to meet goals.
Cons: Underpaid. Some unethical management.

Cons: The headaches supervisor puts us through.

Pros:
Cons: No compensation for college degrees.

Pros: Nothing positive about working for Walmart.
Cons: Rude associates, managers, and customers.

Pros: Helping to solve customer problem.
Cons: Management non involvement.
