School psychologists work primarily in schools, as their title suggests, and their work focuses on assessing and interpreting students of the school to ensure they are receiving the best possible education suited to their needs. They also review test results, consult with parents and teachers, and generally observe students and their learning environments, and may be required to diagnose learning disorders, mental disabilities, and behavioral problems and work to resolve them.
