Pros: Being able to work independently with the team to produce positive results. Able to groom young individuals to be the future leaders in the organization. Most of the senior leaders are approachable and willing to encourage innovative ideas.
Cons: Human resource division lacks leadership. No proper incentive policy. Equal positions with equal responsibilities does not mean the equal remuneration all the times. Lacking proper performance appraisal methodology.
