Pros: It is exciting, challenging, adventurous and gives me an opportunity to explore new places(travelling), meet professionals from various professional/ethnic backgrounds. I like to share the knowledge I have gained over last 26 years with less experienced engineers/geologists and with Design/Structural engineers to make more efficient, cost effective design.
Cons: In construction industry there is always fluctuations and many times there is a quiet spell, in which we become idle sometimes and that's the least thing I like about in my job.
