Really Tiring But Worth It

Pros: Well its challenging at times that's the best part, also figuring out solutions to design problems and writing complex queries.
Cons: Its very taxing, I used to care a lot about my work but now I just feel tired about it. Working hours are unusual. I get called to office any time of the day. Management promises customer features without estimates, we end up working weekends and sleepless nights.
