What is it like working as a Web Developer?
April 2016
Aim higher.
Web Developer:
Don't think you need to 'cut your teeth' at some small company or earn your chops. You will learn a lot at a small company but most places have a high turn around for very little pay. You might be just starting out, but you can waste a lot of time in some small company, your not doing them a favor by scraping by every month and most places will treat you like dirt. Don't be afraid to get up during an interview and walk away, send a message that poor treatment wont be tolerated and you won't be bullied.
Honestly, the psychological damage from being thrown under a bus isn't worth it and small companies will use it as a tactic to appease clients and keep their workforce cheep. Yes its tough to find good developers everyone can afford, but it is no excuse.
The sun is shining, go make hay.

February 2016
Career with many opportunities.

January 2016

Pros: Lots of avenues for creativity. Working in an office has its perks and you can often find employment both in freelance or full time settings or even be self employed.
Cons: Can be difficult to keep up with the industry. Many differing methods for doing things means having to learn a lot of different skills.
