Pros: I get to work with new technology all the time and also educate people on those devices they purchase from me. As manager I the flexibility of setting schedule and coaching my staff to make every month a winning month.
Cons: I think with the amount of work I've personally put into marketing and growing this business is worth more than I am compensated for.
