Account Manager in New York:
Pros: MarketAxess is the top-performing company in a niche segment for electronic trading in fixed income. For the most part growing alongside a small company has provided a lot of great opportunities along the way. However that growth opportunity may be tapering off.
Cons: On the flip side of a small company, internal office politics have far too much of an effect on the overall workplace. I was able to move away from that side of the business, however a flat sales structure creates an inevitable ending point that becomes almost forced with a recent severe flattening in overall compensation.

Account Manager in Hanover:
Pros: Flexability. Work independently
Cons: Would like career growth, higher level, more pay
