Pros: I have lots of responsibility and am the go-to person for anything and everything officewide. All the agents and admin come ask me first, no matter the question and then either i would have an answer or delegate the question to the correct person.
Cons: The agents and management don't appreciate me or the amount of work that I do and all of them seem to be under the impression that the only work I do, is the work that they personally give me. I have to do everything for everyone, including things that they can do for themselves.
