Executive Assistant in Austin:
"Work Life."
Pros: My current job situation is quite flexible. We both allow ourselves to get a lot done in our personal time. Work that needs to be done comes in waves and I feel like I can & do finish it quickly and with ease. I like that I can dress casual and there are no office politics. I like that the office is located downtown and I can easily get to work and have a parking spot here. I like that I am trusted.
Cons: I am not being challenged. I hate that I only work with one person and have almost zero contact with the outside world 38 out of the 40 hours in a week. I do not like that I am not moving up, we are not actively seeking new clients, and that the work has become one-sided. I would like to be given more responsibility and be held accountable so I feel the need to work.
