About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated, success driven Account Manager to own a portfolio of existing clients and help them develop a comprehensive compensation structure.  Core responsibilities include:

  • Meeting/exceeding monthly reoccurring revenue renewal quota
  • Ensuring client’s realize subscription value and maximize its usage
  • Educating client’s on new and additional products
  • Developing meaningful customer relationships
  • Identifying and resolving subscription issues
  • Championing their customer’s within PayScale
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a role with direct revenue responsibility with a SaaS organization, and a proven track record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, relationship development, and issue diagnostic skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage revenue and service responsibilities seamlessly

Summary:

PayScale is seeking a highly motivated and organized team player to fill the position of Junior Product Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a growing company rapidly changing the world of compensation. The ideal candidate is both customer-focused and analytical, has proven product and/or program management experience and is comfortable working with SAAS based web technology products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of Product/Project Management experience
  • Working knowledge of current web technologies preferably SAAS based
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills - use qualitative and quantitative data to make appropriate and pragmatic product decisions
  • Has worked in small company settings and/or agile environments

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze product usage and metrics, collect customer feedback and research industry trends (primarily in Compensation). Present findings in a productive manner.
  • Work side by side with Marketing and Technology teams to create business proposals that add to or enhance existing product-lines.
