Rob joined PayScale in 2012 to oversee the data, analytics, software and IT infrastructure needed to
power the PayScale B2B and Consumer applications. Rob brings more than 25 years of software engineering
and executive management experience at companies including Intelligent Results (acquired by First Data).
Earlier in his career, Rob was a researcher at Boeing and an adjunct faculty member at Seattle University.
He holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Seattle University.
To say Mark is a numbers guy is an understatement. Mark had more than 20 years of executive experience
in finance and operations before he joined PayScale in 2014. Most recently, he was CFO at Appature and
has also held CFO positions at All Star Directories, Daptiv, M:Metrics, AccessLine, RealNetworks and
Industrial Systems. He earned a Bachelor's and a Master's of Business Administration degree from Yale University.
Likely one of the most charismatic people in the office, Stacey moved into the head of human resources role in
2014, after joining PayScale in 2009 as the Comptroller. Stacey possesses more than 25 years of executive,
financial, and administrative experience inside fast-growth enterprises, most recently as CEO of Redhawk Group.
Previously, Stacey held leadership positions with NetMotion Wireless (acquired by Padcom Inc.) and Captura Software
(acquired by Concur Technologies).
