Pros: Good company to work for, I feel some sense of importance and job satisfaction as I deal with basically everyone that works across the board in the Company and closely with Senior Management and administration, providing solutions and support to colleagues on all fronts of Technology that we utilize to run the Company the most efficiently and smoothly we can.
Cons: Management reluctant to change of Business Processes, new technology as their is a board of directors that have to all agree to make decisions, holding the company as a whole, from potential growth, increase in revenue in areas that I know will be able to do that.
