Financial Center Managers are awarded the highest paychecks, with compensation nearing $15.04; Office Managers are next on the list, bringing in close to $14.76, followed by Assistant Customer Service Managers earning about $10.13 and Customer Service Representatives making approximately $10.00.
Between the one and five year mark, pay is typically $10.00. When we consider tenure, a substantial portion of employees (39 percent) have been working for five to nine years and make around $14.25 per hour.
Pay rates in the United States are highest in the state of South Carolina, where they average to approximately $15.00 per hour.
Regarding pay and education, Advance America pays those with an Associate's Degree the most — around $14.45.
