For those with one to four years of experience, median paychecks reach around $53K per year. Average pay is $70K annually for those with five to nine years of experience. The greater proportion of employees (33 percent) report 10-19 years of experience and bring home median pay of $102K per year.


When it comes to location, the highest average paycheck ($94K annually) can be spotted in King of Prussia, Pa.; Kankakee, Ill. (approximately $78K), Bourbonnais, Ill. (about $59K), and Bradley, Ill. ($48K) are the next top-paying cities. By state, Pennsylvania offers the highest pay at around $105K per year.


Human Resources Generalists rake in the most money, with average earnings of $82K annually; Process Engineers come in second with average earnings amounting to approximately $73K, while Human Resources Administrators and Assistant Blood Center Managers rank near the top as well (about $46K and $38K, respectively). On the lower end are Quality Control Analysts at $37K on average.

Certifications and Degrees

CSL Behring LLC workers who hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) are also well compensated, earning about $136K on average.


When it comes to skills, employees who report Technical Writing among their abilities seem to make the most, reporting a median income of around $109K per year. Project Management is regularly seen around here; just under one-fifth of those surveyed report it as a core competency. Microsoft Office, Quality Assurance / Quality Control, and Operations Management round out the set of key employee skills.

Benefits and Perks

One in three respondents receive paid vacation, and only one in six survey participants get sick leave. Almost all workers participate in a 401(k) program. Health insurance is part of the package for a large number of respondents, and for a strong majority of employees, dental coverage is too. Some other perks are life insurance, flexible hours, a stock purchase plan, and a casual working environment.
