Workers who have been with the company for more than one year but less than five can make approximately $57K annually on average. The greater proportion of employees (40 percent) report five to nine years of experience and bring home median pay of about $107K per year.
Nearing the top of the pay scale are Senior Financial Analysts; median pay is the highest at $69K annually.
Certifications and Degrees
Those with a B.A. in Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Fox Cable Networks come out on top, and their salaries approach $94K per year.
When it comes to skills, Project Management seems to bolster pay the most; employees who claim proficiency also enjoy a median income of around $126K annually. Folks here also tend to know People Management; on the survey, around one in three of workers named it in their skills portfolios.
Men make up the majority of employees who took the survey in a male-to-female ratio of more than 3 to 1.
Benefits and Perks
Paid time off is scarce, with only about a third of survey participants receiving paid vacation and just over a fifth of workers receiving sick leave. To plan for old age, a fair number of workers maintain savings accounts through the company's 401(k) plan. At Fox Cable Networks, a fair number of respondents have health insurance, and a strong majority of respondents have dental coverage. Fox Cable Networks folks also make good use of a subsidized cell phone and life insurance.
