Assistant Fast Food Managers rake in the most money, with average earnings of approximately $10.00 per hour; Restaurant Managers come in second with average earnings amounting to about $9.16, while Crew Leaders and Line Cooks rank near the top as well (around $8.78 and $7.94, respectively). Fast Food Workers at Hardee's do not see much in the way of financial compensation and represent one of the lower-paid positions ($7.46 on average) at the company.
Years of Experience
Respondents who have been working for five to nine years make $8.81 per hour on average. The greater proportion of employees (58 percent) report one to four years of experience and bring home median pay of $8.25 per hour.
