Family Service Worker in Lynchburg:
Pros: Off in the summer and when school is closed.
Cons: The pay.
First year as an Assistant.
Preschool Teacher Assistant in Port Chester:
Pros: I love spending time with the children. I enjoy creating a plan base on their interest and just watching their face expression as we discover new things. Also the flexibility with my children when they get sick and I have to be out.
Cons: The changes in staff and room. The changes in hours. Every year in the start there is always a staff and room change. Even if the team from last year worked great, they separate them. The pay; we work so hear and pay is nothing.the stress level this year at start of year was of the chart.
