When it comes to location, the highest average paycheck ($60K annually) can be spotted in Virginia Beach; Belton (about $43K), Knoxville ($42K), and Maryville ($39K) are the next top-paying cities. By state, the highest pay levels are found in Florida, where the average Ruby Tuesday, Inc. employee makes around $68K per year.

Two in five workers have paid vacation, and only about one in six workers can take paid time off for illness. A fair portion of workers save up for retirement through a 401(k) plan. For more than half of workers, benefits include health insurance, and half get dental coverage, too. Some other perks are free drinks, life insurance, a stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
