Median pay is highest in Minneapolis (approximately $20.63 per hour), followed by Cincinnati ($14.00), Centralia ($14.00), and Findlay (about $9.75). Pay rates in the United States are highest in the state of Minnesota, where they average to $16.63 per hour.
Staying at the company for five to ten years brings notable financial rewards; the average income in this window is around $14.11 per hour. On the whole, the greater proportion of employees (41 percent) have a tenure of one to four years and bring home approximately $12.67 per hour.
Typically, Office Managers are the best paid with salaries hovering at $16.58; Marketing Representatives, Construction Project Managers, and Crew Chiefs also rank near the top of the list, pulling in $15.03, around $15.00, and about $14.49, respectively.
