A cosmetician will help their clients change, adapt, or adjust their physical appearance. This may include makeup, hairstyle, and overall appearance. A successful cosmetician must have an eye for discerning both inner and outer beauty and a desire to provide high-quality, personal service. This person should be outgoing, personable, and able to give friendly and useful advice. A cosmetician can assess a client and advise and assist in how the client may improve their appearance.
