I'm getting paid appropriately for just the quality control portion of my responsibilities. As for the Safety Supervisor portion, I am the Safety Coordinator and I teach forklift safety to certify forklift operators. Right now if something were to happen to anybody at my company I can be sued separately from the company. My job is to get the company in compliance with OSHA regulations and we are not.
