Job Description for Tree Trimmer / Pruner

  • Operate shredding and chipping equipment.
  • Trim and reshape trees to achieve attractive shapes according to customer specifications or to remove low-hanging branches.
  • Cut away dead or excess tree branches and clear branches from power lines.
  • Climb trees using hooks and belts, or climb ladders to gain access.
