Rush University alumni find work in an assortment of industries including clinical care, the pediatrician's office industry, and the biotechnology research and development industry. The most highly represented industry among alumni is the health care industry. Rush University graduates in the pediatric therapist's office industry are hard pressed to find, with less than five percent of former students taking up work in this field. Starting salaries of $78K are the median among Rush University grads.

Rush University students with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Nurse Anesthesia can expect to make the most money (around $165K on average per year) compared to their fellow graduates. A Master of Science (MS), Speech-Language Pathology is less advantageous in terms of earnings; alums with this degree are the lowest earners with a median annual pay of $49K.

Competency in Anesthesia translates into above-average pay for Rush University grads — they earn more than double their fellow graduates.
