Pros: The leadership values at Amazon are always high and every one at amazon is considered as an Amazon leader and takes decisions and being vocally self critical is in everyone's habit.
Cons: Career opportunities for my job role are quite a few so trying a similar role within or outside the organization to grow career-wise.

Pros: Most of the people I work with are smart. If you need to automate something, there's probably already tools out there to do it.
Cons: The open office environment/high density seating makes being productive very challenging. When it comes to employees, the company is a little too frugal.
