Cons: Salary not as per IT industry standards for Engineering Professionals. No value for Engineering Professionals compare to Degree holders [ B.SC / BCA ]

Senior Software Engineer:
Pros: TechMahindra is a good company if u have he loans to pay. U can feel job security. Don't expect to meet great people. People here are happy and what to lead a safe life. 9-6 job occasional weekend work. Easy going culture. They have huge client base so there is a lot of work available in TechM. Good Company Culture. Excellent for Married Woman. Work Life Balace is Great. Leaves available and provided on need basis. Strong base of Mahindra Group.
Cons: Onsite is only for lead and Managers only for lucky few. No Extra Perks. Very Little Hike. Need to Improve food quality in Cafeteria. Need to simplify approval process. Need more transparent system. Need to Bring in employee motivational in projects. Small appreciation at work helps.
