"Continuous Improvement."
Software Engineer:
Pros: The work was challenging yet achievable. The goals were realistic. The people were great. The atmosphere was energetic yet not frenetic. My management did what it could to maximize our efforts yet did not resort to counter-productive practices. It was conveniently located for me.
Cons: The corporation had an uneven record of growth and shrinkage. The benefits packages never exceeded our industry's average.

"The job itself is fine, just the Unisys way of doing business is not very ethical."

Pros: I enjoy what I do, and thank fully I have at least 1 manager I can trust.
Cons: I can not trust anyone, communication is limited, there is no direction, no job promotion and you are not payed fairly to your work performance. They encourage their managers to hire for as low pay as they can get regardless of skill.
