Vanderlande is one of the best companies to work for....BUT, depending on who you get as your manager makes a big difference on how your life is going to be at Vanderlande. From my experience , Vanderlande on the whole is Great... But for me unfortunately my boss is someone who looks to see how many promotions he can get rather than seeing to the welfare of his team, which is really sad because he does not understand that his promotions came because of all the hard work and extra effort we techs have put in to get the jobs done. So whether it is going to be good or bad wholly depends on the person whom you are under. Planning to leave Vanderlande mainly because my boss only thinks of his benefits and not of his team.
