Cons: Misleading communication. Staff treated diffrently. Favouritsum. Diffrent rules for diffrent people. Honest support. Integraty and trust, Not being able to make the childrens day to day health and wellbeing my priority, as there is unclear amounts of paperwork, for what, why, how. Not being able to use your own capabilitys, that in your heart you now is right .But others make you feel that the good job you are doing (With Paper Work) is not worth the paper its written on.
