Factory Worker Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Factory Worker?

Factory Worker in Sydney:
"Worst Company ever."
Pros: I like the people I work with, most of them are great people.
Cons: The managers / supervisors and owner. Get forced to take holidays for days we don't work when there is work. Don't get paid over time right - don't get super. Don't get holidays paid right. Don't have any health covers. Supervisor hit people or fight people. Supervisor be little people, forced to work weekends which is $100 cash in hand no through the books, If you say no to working you will get fired. No work safely is followed. No one owns a forklifting card in the warehouse yet 3 forklifts get driven.
