Packer Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Packer?

Packer in Castle Hill:
"Snaps review."
Pros: The fact that it has given me a lot more confidence to get out and try new things such as making friends which in the past was difficult for me as I suffered from Asperger's syndrome. Going out was always a struggle for me as I struggled for many years with big crowds of people I would get very anxious and start to shut down and sometimes cry too. Being around people all the time is something that I think I have adjusted to really well but still needs improvement in terms of communication all skills. Talking to people and making eye contact is not so easy for me but I am learning. Give me time and I will get there I don't like being rushed steadiness is a must for me and patience too.
Cons: Sometimes the get frustrated with whom I am working with or the supervisors as they don't always talk to me in a calm manner and that upsets me and makes me feel uncomfortable at times not always I need to have a little bit of time out away from the others to calm down and relax.
