These team leaders are also responsible for ensuring that their employees understand the tasks and are on-track at all times, so it is essential to maintain a level of expertise in the IT field so that others can be led and questions can easily be answered.
Sometimes, IT leaders may be expected to administer training to team members and develop IT-related tasks.
