Making Man Whole.
Administrative Assistant in Highland:
Pros: My co Administrators, Students, and Faculty. We support each other through rapid changes within the Organization.
Cons: I love my job. I don't love the favoritism applied towards Seventh Day Adventist employees and blatant Nepotism. Also, MANY times Faculty are hired and not qualified for the position, are dropped into Supervisor/management positions and have no previous experience in being a Supervisor whatsoever. They are given the position because of Religious affiliation/membership.

A mixed bag.
Administrative Assistant in Seattle:
Pros: I like being so close to all of my favorite communities. I appreciate the robust public transportation system and being around so many like minded people.
Cons: The severe disparity between the rich and the working poor in this city is almost obscene. Huge companies transplant their employees and out price the local community. Most Seattle natives can't afford to live here.

Pros: The perks of the Job - discount, certain co-workers. Most customers you deal with, the reputation of the company.
Cons: Management. Strict working hours - unpaid breaks - If you don’t complain enough, they assume you’re doing well in the job role.

Pros: Most jobs pay fairly well and you get good benefits.
Cons: People here are entitled, but it's not exceptionally bothersome.
