Pros: The unique charm the City has with old houses in certain neighborhoods and the history of this town. Riverfront Promenade is nice to walk on good-weather days to watch the boats go by. Five good restaurants downtown.
Cons: One-way streets and the rail line. Too much traffic. Witnessing drug deals on street corners and poverty, unclean streets, run-down homes, lack of real businesses downtown.
