Growing City, Growing Jobs.

Pros: Gastonia is a quickly growing city just outside of Charlotte. It is surrounded by many rural areas, thus it is perfectly placed to become the next large city in the area.
Cons: There is a large part of the population that is currently on the low end of the socioeconomic scale. This is as a problem as it makes for difficulty in finding new, competent employees with an education.
