Pros: Weathger, sense of growth and opportunity. Traffic is rough but not awful yet.
Cons: Below average pay and rising rents. Employers treating mid-level and higher career people as entry level and lowballing with wage offers.

Administrative Assistant:
I've worked here since they were Convergys. They don't appreciate hourly staff and do not support employee growth for hourly staff. Do not expect them to appreciate your experience or education anywhere else if you are hourly without a degree. Even though you go above and beyond, no bonus for you while others who don't contribute as much get bonuses just because they are salaried.
